1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PerezHub (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, members, and contributors of the Perez Ecosystem, including but not limited to PerezHub, ThePerezCode, Royal Glow, Royal Cutz 3, SpeakEasy, PerezFans, VPro, VibeUp, ARS, and PBOS.

2. Services

PerezHub provides a centralized platform connecting users to beauty services, applications, and community programs. We facilitate bookings and interactions between users and service providers.

Service bookings may require a deposit to secure appointments.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our forms.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.
  • Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of PerezHub and its partners.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, and materials on PerezHub and its ecosystem platforms are the intellectual property of PerezHub unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

PerezHub provides its platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerezHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to the ecosystem.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice.
